Mr. Daniel Leon Rorie, age 64 of the Dothan Community, Tabor City, N.C. passed on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Mcleod Loris Hospital, Loris, S.C.

Funeral services will be held Thursday August 24, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Deliverance Prayer Temple, Loris, S.C. Burial will follow in the Bellevue Cemetery, Chadbourn, N.C.

Viewing will be Wednesday, August 23, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Westside Funeral Home Chapel and after the service.

Surviving to cherish his memory is his wife; Yolonda L. Rorie, three daughters; A. Michelle Porter and Jessica D. Rorie of Greensboro, N.C. and Ginia Dozier of the home. One son; Jeremy J. Long of the home, two sisters; Sarah Faulk and Lee Ethel Kelly of Chadbourn, N.C., three brothers; Bobby (Evelyn) Rorie of Whiteville, N.C., Wilfred Rorie of Chadbourn, N.C., Winfred (Felisa) Rorie of Germany.
