Dear Sister Farmer and family please know that I am remembering you in my prayers. It was my honor to know Pastor Farmer and serve with him on the Northern District of the North Carolina Annual Conference. While serving as pastor of Historic St. Stephen AME Church, I looked forward each February to preach at Praise and Deliverance AME Church. May God comfort and sustain you in your hour of bereavement.

First Lady LaToya, we are so sorry for your loss. May the Lord watch over you, And comfort you, Derrick, Elisha, and Juleel in your time of grief. Like the dogwod that symbolically reminds us of the resurrection. May each bouquet you see at this time remind you of the special beauty of Rev. Farmer brought to this world, and that he is evermore radiant and at PEACE. Living closely in the infinite, loving care of GOD. Rev. and Mrs. Darryl A. Lewis
