James Louis Gilford

Mr. James Louis Gilford, age 94, of Tabor City, N.C. passed on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehab Center in Whiteville, N.C.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 6, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Olive Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Fair Bluff, N.C. Burial will follow in the Columbus County Singing Union Cemetery.  

Viewing will be held Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 pm in the Westside Funeral Home Chapel and following the service.

He is survived by two daughters; Marcella Grady of Tabor City, N.C., and JoAnn Baxter of Elizabethtown, N.C. Two step-Children; Elizabeth Hill and Willie Gerald both of Tabor City, N.C.
