Jessie Pierce, Sr.

 Mr. Jessie Pierce, Sr., age 101, of Hartford, Connecticut passed away on Friday, May 24, 2024.
There will be a viewing on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at St Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 456 Old Lumberton Rd, Whiteville, NC 28472 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with the funeral following at 11:00 AM, there will be no viewing after the service.

The burial will follow in the George Cemetery, 6170 701 N, Whiteville, NC 28472.

He leaves to cherish his memories, 5 children: Katie Pierce Smith, Jessie Pierce, Jr. Jerry Pierce, Carolyn Pierce, and Joseph Pierce (Robin), and a sister. Louvenia Hemingway, several grand and great-grandchildren, Son-in-law, William Rich, daughter-in-law, Angela Johnson, sisters-in-law, Will Shipman, and Mary Shipman, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
