Mr. Jimmy Lee Reaves, age 86, of Green Sea, SC, entered eternal rest on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at his residence.

There will be a viewing on March 3, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with the funeral service following at 12;00 pm, in the Mitchell Sea Missionary Baptist Church, 3990 Mitchell Sea Rd, Green Sea, SC. There will be no viewing after the service.

The burial will follow in the Mitchell Sea Church Cemetery.

Surviving to cherish his memories are his daughter, Cynthia Curby; his sons, John (Beaver) Reaves and Jimmy Stephon Reaves; his brother, Lyn Gore; and his sisters, Rosa Vaughn, Bonnie Gore, Gurline Gore, Pricilla Gore, and Beatrice Gore.
