Mrs. Marion G. Dewitt, age 92, of Tabor City, NC, transitioned from her Earthly Home to her Eternal Home on Sunday, August 30, 2026, in Durham, NC.
There will be a viewing on Thursday, September 3, 2026, in the Westside Funeral Home Chapel, 106 S Lewis St, Tabor City, NC 28463, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
The funeral will be on Friday, September4,2026, at 11:00 am in the First Baptist Missionary Church, 304 W 6th St, Tabor City, NC 28463. Burial will follow in the Columbus County Singing Union Cemetery, Jarvis St, Tabor City, NC.
She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Marilyn Elliott of Tabor City, NC, and Carolyn Kerr of Durham, NC, and two sons, Franklin Dewitt and Allen Dewitt, both of Tabor City, NC.
The family will receive family and friends at 128 School St, Tabor City, NC 28463, Tuesday, September 1, 2026, and Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
